Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all UK orders. Estimated delivery time is 7–14 business days.

International Shipping We ship to Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. International orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. A small shipping fee may apply.

Tracking Your Order Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your order at 17track.net.

Delays Occasionally, delivery delays can occur due to high demand, customs clearance, or carrier issues outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us at alessio@admwebservices.com and we will investigate immediately.

Lost or Missing Parcels If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbours and your local delivery office first, then contact us and we will raise a claim on your behalf.
